By downloading, installing, or using the AL Secure application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Digital Sourcing & Staffing, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
AL Secure is a Safari content blocker and security extension for iOS devices that provides the following primary features:
The App is designed for users of all ages (rated 4+ on the App Store). By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
AL Secure provides core ad blocking and tracker blocking functionality for free. An optional in-app purchase ("Full Protection") is available for $9.99 and unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund and billing policies.
When using the App, you agree to:
AL Secure uses Safari Content Blocker technology to filter content. While we strive to provide effective ad and tracker blocking, we cannot guarantee that all ads or trackers will be blocked on every website. Some websites may not function correctly with content blockers enabled. You can disable the extension at any time through Safari settings.
The site security check feature provides informational data about a website's SSL certificate and security status. This feature is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional security advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of security assessments.
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Digital Sourcing & Staffing, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL SOURCING & STAFFING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or any in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Sourcing & Staffing, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
